HVAC problems, by symptom

Need help with the whole system? Choose heat pump repair or mini-split repair. These pages explain the diagnostic visit and repair decision.

Find your symptom

The same symptom can have several causes. Record any displayed code, the indoor temperature and when the problem started. You do not need to identify a failed part to book service.

The $99 fee is per visit and covers additional units checked during that visit. We provide a written repair estimate and credit the diagnostic fee toward a completed repair. Book a diagnostic visit or call (925) 999-4095.

Replacing or adding a system? The new-installation assessment is free.
