What warranty does Bay Area HVAC Service provide?
HVAC repairs carry a 1-year warranty. New HVAC system installations include 10 years of manufacturer parts coverage and 2 years of labor coverage. Labor coverage extends up to 10 years only while an active maintenance plan stays in force at $290 per visit, 2 visits per year. If the problem comes back within warranty, we come back.

When will you return my call?
During business hours (7 AM – 7 PM, 7 days a week), we return calls within about 10 minutes. After hours, we return calls as soon as we can or first thing next morning.

How do you communicate delays and repair status?
We tell you about any schedule change as soon as we learn of it. Repair timelines are agreed up front, before work starts.
