Honest diagnostic pricing. $75 to come out, identify the problem, and quote it in writing. Credited toward any repair over $200. We will not invent emergencies; if the answer is “your system is fine, here are the logs, call us next year,” that is what the estimate will say.
Factory-trained on Daikin and Goodman. Andrew completed factory training at the Daikin/Goodman plant in Houston in 2025: a 16,000-employee Texas facility that stands behind every heat pump we install. Faster warranty claims, better parts access, direct manufacturer relationship.
10-year parts plus 10-year labor warranty. On most new installations. The labor warranty requires keeping the equipment on a bi-annual maintenance plan; keeping it serviced is what keeps the coverage in force.
Family-run. My wife handles the back office, I am in the field. We work with a small consistent crew of four under our insurance and our license. When something goes wrong, the responsibility lands on me, not a call center.

About the work
The nonprofit half of what we do begins where the for-profit half ends. Every HVAC install routes the old, working equipment to Tech Aid for Refugees: a 501(c)(3) we founded in September 2023 to help newly-arrived refugee families furnish their first American homes.
