Whose name they are under
Bay Area HVAC Service is the heating and cooling side of ADRIUM Service Solutions. The reviews aggregate under ADRIUM Service Solutions, the same owner and the same crew, on one license (CSLB #1136642, EPA #1279674151528).
That means the count above covers HVAC work and appliance work together. We are not going to tell you all 603 of them are furnace calls, because they are not. The same technicians go out on both, in the same trucks, and the ratings follow the company rather than the trade. If you want to read only the HVAC ones, they are easy to spot: people name the equipment.
We do not ask customers for Yelp reviews, we do not chase the ones that never got written, and we do not filter anything. If a job went sideways we would rather hear it from you first, at (925) 999-4095, while we can still put it right.
