What to expect after you reach out

Phone calls answered live 7AM – 7PM · 7 days, no overtime charges. After-hours calls go to voicemail and are returned within two hours the next business day. Every voicemail gets a call back.

Online form and HCP booking reviewed within one hour during business hours, next-morning for overnight submissions. You receive an SMS confirmation as soon as we have your address and equipment details.

Genuine emergencies (cooling failure during a heat wave, heating failure during a cold snap, gas smell, water leak from a unit), call directly, do not submit the form. We prioritize cooling emergencies in summer and heating emergencies in winter.

Before you call

What information should I have ready?
Your address, the equipment brand (check the label on your furnace or AC), approximate age of the system, and what is happening. Photos help if you can take them, you can text them to (925) 999-4095 after we connect.

Can you give me a rough price over the phone?
For common repairs, yes: ballpark ranges. For installations, we need to see the home. Bay Area homes vary too much for reliable phone quotes. Our $75 diagnostic is credited toward any repair over $200.

Do you offer financing?
For installations over $5,000, yes: we work with standard home-improvement financing providers. Terms vary. We walk you through options during the estimate.

What happens after I submit the form?
You get an SMS confirmation immediately. Andrew reviews your submission within one hour during business hours. You will hear from us by phone or text with an estimated visit time and any clarifying questions.
