Bay Area HVAC Service Is Now a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor

We became a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor on October 7, 2026. Here is what changes for new ductless installations, equipment registration and warranty coverage.

Bay Area HVAC Service Is Now a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor

On October 7, 2026, Bay Area HVAC Service by ADRIUM Service Solutions became a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, at the Standard level. This follows my M- and P-Series Essentials training in May and Advanced M- and P-Series Service training in June 2026.

For homeowners planning a new ductless system, we now install Mitsubishi Electric. We still repair and service other mini-split brands. Daikin, Goodman and other central-system brands remain options for central AC, furnaces and ducted heat pumps.

The warranty we register for you

As a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor, we register your M-Series or P-Series system for the 12-year parts and 12-year compressor limited warranty. The HM, WR, HX and WX wall-mounted series are the exception: they top out at 10 years parts and compressor. We register every indoor and outdoor unit within 90 days of installation.

That coverage applies to a single-family home while the original owner continues to live there. It is not transferable. The equipment’s written warranty terms govern coverage; the manufacturer warranty does not automatically cover labor.

Our standard workmanship warranty is 2 years. Optional extended labor coverage through JB Warranties is available for up to 12 years under a separate purchased plan. We explain the plan and its terms before you choose it. It is not included automatically with Diamond Contractor installation.

Mitsubishi Electric’s product registration page explains registration and provides access to warranty information.

Planning a system for an East Bay home

A San Ramon home with usable ducts and a Berkeley home without them need different plans. At the free installation assessment, we check the room loads, possible indoor-unit locations, line-set routing and electrical capacity. The equipment and work go into a written estimate before you approve anything.

We serve the East Bay, including San Ramon, Danville, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda and Berkeley, along with our wider Bay Area service area. You can read about Mitsubishi Electric installation and service or use the mini-split calculator to prepare for an assessment.

If your existing mini-split is failing, a new system is not the starting assumption. We diagnose the fault and explain the repair options first. Call (925) 999-4095.

Financing available on approved credit.
