Pacifica sits close enough to the ocean that salt-laden fog and wind-driven spray reach an outdoor condenser directly, not just as background humidity, and that's the first thing I factor into any Amana quote here, before sizing even comes up. Homes in Sharp Park, Linda Mar, and Rockaway Beach see this exposure the most.

Amana's premium furnaces and condensers carry a registered limited lifetime compressor and heat-exchanger warranty, backed by Daikin and shared with the Goodman platform, and that's worth knowing, but the warranty covers the part, not the corrosion that can damage a coil or cabinet first.
