Goodman in San Jose

San Jose has the widest HVAC mix in the region, and Goodman shows up a lot in it. Across the post-2000 stock in North San Jose and the newer infill, Goodman and Carrier dominate what was installed originally. That means we both put in new Goodman systems and service the ones already running. With summers in the 85 to 95 range and stretches over 100, cooling drives almost every project, so the Goodman condenser and coil are doing real work here, not coasting like they would on the coast.

Goodman fits San Jose well as the value-driven ducted replacement.
