“Do you come out to my city?” is the first thing a lot of people ask, and it deserves a straight answer instead of “we serve the whole Bay Area.” So here it is: 56 cities, out of a shop in San Ramon, grouped into four zones. Two of those zones get a faster window than the other two, and I’d rather you know that before you book than find out on the phone.
The lists below match our service area page city for city. Each city name links to its own page with local notes and recent jobs.
How the four zones work
The core zone is the Tri-Valley and the Diablo Valley corridor. That’s where the trucks are most days, so service calls there get Same or Next-Day Service.
Inner East Bay and South Bay & Peninsula are the extended zone. We book those next-day or scheduled. It isn’t a lower tier of work. We just route it differently. Instead of squeezing you in between two Danville jobs, we block the time properly so the tech shows up when we said and stays as long as the job takes.
What doesn’t change from zone to zone is the visit price. HVAC repair starts with a $99 diagnostic, credited toward the approved repair, so a completed repair means a $0 service call. Same number in Oakland as in Alamo.
Tri-Valley (core zone)
This is home. The shop is in San Ramon, and most of our history is on these streets.
Service calls here run on Same or Next-Day Service. In peak summer, cooling emergencies go first, so if the AC is out during a heat wave, say so when you call and we’ll put it ahead of routine work.
Diablo Valley (core zone)
The corridor north and west of the Tri-Valley, from Walnut Creek and Concord across to the Lamorinda towns.
Nothing changes from the Tri-Valley: Same or Next-Day Service on service calls, $99 diagnostic.
Inner East Bay (next-day or scheduled)
The bayside cities from Richmond down through Oakland and Hayward to Fremont and Milpitas.

These get booked next-day or as a scheduled visit. When you call, we give you a real slot, not a “sometime this week,” and if that slot moves for any reason you hear it from us first.
South Bay & Peninsula (next-day or scheduled)
This is the biggest zone by city count, and it runs from Daly City and the coast down to San Jose, Los Gatos, and Saratoga. Our Peninsula technician is based in San Mateo, so calls up and down the Peninsula are usually covered from there rather than by a truck leaving San Ramon. It’s still booked next-day or scheduled, but the tech already knows the territory.

What “scheduled” actually means
The commitments are posted on our warranty and callback standards page, and they apply in every zone.
During business hours, 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, we return calls within about 10 minutes. After hours, as soon as we can, or first thing next morning. When we book the visit we agree on the timeline before any work starts. If something moves (a part on backorder, a route that shifts), you hear about it from us as soon as we know, not when you call to ask where we are.
Two things speed up any booking, in any zone: a photo of the model and serial label on the furnace or outdoor unit, and a plain description of what the system does and when it started. Send those with the call and the tech arrives already knowing what to bring.
Planned work is the easiest thing to fit anywhere in the extended zone. A maintenance plan runs $290 per visit, two visits a year, and those visits are set up well ahead, so holding a slot for a Sunnyvale or Berkeley address is no harder than for a San Ramon one.
