San Carlos is a city of a few distinct housing patterns, and I read the street before I read the spec sheet. Close to downtown and Laurel Street, a lot of the housing is older bungalows and a mid-century mix, some with tight crawl spaces and no central ductwork, built back when a wall furnace was the whole heating system.
