Bryant in San Carlos

A good share of the craftsman and bungalow furnaces near Laurel Street and downtown San Carlos are original to the house or a first replacement from decades back. When the heat exchanger cracks, that is a safety issue, not a repair candidate, and we replace the furnace rather than patch around it.
R-22 refrigerant leaks forcing a full system conversion. R-22 condensers are common on San Carlos homes that have not been touched since the 1990s or early 2000s.
