Lennox in Albany
Lennox builds around high-efficiency central ducted equipment, and that's a poor match for Albany's housing stock. At 1.8 square miles, the city is nearly all 1920s to 1940s stucco and wood bungalows on small lots along the Marin Avenue grid, built with wall furnaces and no ducting.
