Lennox makes some of the highest-efficiency ducted systems on the market. The tradeoff is proprietary parts, which can mean longer lead times and higher part costs. We are upfront about that before you buy.

Lennox install and repair across the Bay Area

We install and service Lennox across the Bay Area. Diagnostic is $99, credited toward any repair, with a written estimate before any work starts. New installs carry a 10-year parts warranty plus a labor warranty (2 years standard, extended to 10 years with our maintenance plan).

Lennox: common questions

Does the $99 diagnostic apply if I just want the iComfort system checked?
Yes. The $99 diagnostic covers a proper look at the control system and the equipment, and it's credited toward the repair. If it turns out to be a loose connection instead of a failed part, you still only pay the diagnostic.

Should I repair my old Lennox furnace or replace it?
It depends on age and part availability. Lennox proprietary parts on an older furnace can run a longer lead time, so a repair that looks cheap can stall on a backordered board. We check the part the day we diagnose. Past 18 to 20 years with a cracked heat exchanger, we will tell you replacement is the honest call.

What is the long-term tradeoff with Lennox?
Lennox is premium and high-efficiency, which suits this town. The honest catch is proprietary parts, which can mean longer waits and higher cost on an out-of-warranty repair. A new Lennox install carries our 10-year parts and 10-year labor (2 yr standard, 10 yr with our maintenance plan) warranty, so that risk is covered through the first decade.

My 1990s Lennox quit. Worth fixing?
Depends on the part. If it is a capacitor or contactor we carry, it is usually a common repair with a part we usually stock. If it needs a proprietary Lennox board that is slow and expensive to source, repair on a 25-year-old unit often does not pencil out. We check the part the day we diagnose and put repair-versus-replace on paper before you decide.
