Redwood City is the one Peninsula city where I'm as likely to be working a bayfront condo association job in Redwood Shores as a hillside custom home up in Emerald Hills, and a Bosch heat pump shows up in both, just differently. The condos and townhomes built in the 1980s and 90s around Redwood Shores often already run small ducted or packaged systems, and swapping in a Bosch unit means working within the HOA's equipment placement rules, not just the house's own layout.
