Foster City was built out as a planned waterfront community starting in the 1960s, and most of what we service is a condo or a townhome, not a standalone house with room to spread equipment around. Space is the other constraint. A lot of these units don't have anywhere to run a line set except through a tight wall cavity shared with a neighboring unit, so the install has to be planned around what's actually behind the drywall.
