How does LG's warranty compare on a new install?

LG offers a manufacturer parts warranty on its inverter equipment when the system is registered and professionally installed. On our installs we back the work with our own 10-year parts warranty, with labor at 2 years standard (10 years on our maintenance plan). The thing to understand with LG is that the covered failures tend to be electronic boards, so a documented, registered install matters for honoring claims down the line.

Should I retrofit my old ducts or switch to LG ductless?

It depends on the numbers. We test your ductwork at the estimate. If the leakage is high enough that sealing will not pay back, an LG ductless conversion often comes out ahead. If the ducts are sound, keeping a ducted system can be the better value. We show you both before you decide.
