Does the new-install warranty cover both parts and labor?

On a new Heil install through us, you get 10-year parts and 10-year labor (2 yr standard, 10 yr with our maintenance plan). A repair on an existing system carries our 1-year repair warranty. The diagnostic is $99, credited toward the repair. We put all of that in writing on the estimate.

Is a dual-zone Heil system worth more than a single system?

On a footprint this size, usually yes. Two smaller systems sized per floor run more efficiently and hold even temperatures better than one oversized condenser chasing the whole house. The added cost and where it lands depend on your panel, ductwork, and the load calculation, which all go on the written estimate before any work. We'll walk you through the difference rather than quoting a blanket number.

Are there rebates if I install a Heil heat pump?

Often yes. Heat pump rebates are generally tied to qualifying equipment, not a specific premium brand, so a properly sized Heil heat pump can qualify for what's open at the time. We check current programs for your address, file the paperwork with permits, and confirm the real amount before you rely on it.
