Why would I choose Cooper & Hunter over Mitsubishi or Daikin?

Cost. C&H is value-tier ductless and runs cheaper than the premium brands for a comparable single-zone job. The tradeoff is a thinner parts and support network and a shorter track record. For one room on a budget it is a sensible call. For a whole-house multi-zone retrofit I usually recommend Mitsubishi or Daikin instead. On any new install we install, the warranty is 10 years parts and labor.

Why would I pick Cooper & Hunter over Daikin for my guest wing?

Price. C&H costs less than Daikin or Mitsubishi for the same single-zone capacity, which makes it reasonable for a space you do not use every day. The tradeoff is a narrower modulation range and fewer parts in local stock. For an occasional-use room that gap usually does not matter. For the main house it does.

Is Cooper & Hunter worth it over a Mitsubishi or Daikin mini-split?

For a single room or a small addition where the budget is tight, yes. C&H gives you inverter performance at a lower price. For a whole-home multi-zone system you plan to keep a long time, we steer you to the premium brands because the parts network and track record are deeper. We explain the tradeoff before you decide.

What is the warranty on a Cooper & Hunter install you do?

Our new-install warranty is 10 years on parts and 10 years on labor. A standalone repair carries a 1-year labor warranty. C&H carries its own manufacturer parts coverage; we register the unit at install so that coverage actually applies if a part fails.
